ELS Services, LLC (ELS) is a woman-owned, SLDBE (application pending) professional consulting firm led by Construction Manager, Project Manager, and Electrical Engineer, Shawn Catalano. Shawn is a leadership professional with the ability to help organizations exceed corporate goals and honor long-term commitments made to customer’s, stockholders, and employees. As a Construction Management Consultant and Louisiana Licensed Commercial and Residential Building Contractor, she provides a design-build turnkey project approach through management of market analysis, site selection, financing/capital stack research, conducting environmental assessments, surveying, architectural and engineering services, and construction administration.
She provides over 15 years of experience in developing and cultivating client relationships and over 20 years of project management and engineering experience. Shawn possesses both a strong technical background in electrical engineering and extensive experience in developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations. Shawn is a results-driven professional with excellent communication and persuasive skills with experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with both existing and new clients around the region.
